These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Guangzhou Chao Space Technology Co., Ltd., the provider of 01Agent products and related services (referred to as "we," "us," or "01Agent"), regarding your use of 01Agent services. Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing, registering, logging in, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.
1Service Description
01Agent is an AI-powered content creation platform designed to help users go from zero to one in content creation and automated publishing through AI search, content generation, layout design, and related features. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- •Intelligent information search based on user-provided topics
- •AI-powered generation of articles, text, images, and other content
- •Content layout and design tools
- •Automated publishing of created content to user-specified platforms
- •Cloud Browser: logging in on your behalf, accessing third-party websites, and executing automated tasks
- •Other related services we may offer from time to time
We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or terminate some or all of our services at any time without prior notice.
2User Accounts
2.1 Registration and Login
You may need to register an account to use some or all of our services. You must provide registration information that is true, accurate, complete, and up to date, and you must keep your account credentials confidential.
2.2 Account Security
You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
2.3 Account Management
You may view and update your account information at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account when necessary, including when you violate these Terms.
3User Content
3.1 User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for all content you create through 01Agent services (including but not limited to text, images, and video, collectively "User Content"). You represent that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to create, upload, publish, and use your User Content, and that your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe any third-party rights.
3.2 Content Review
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review User Content. If we determine that your User Content violates these Terms or applicable laws, we may delete, block, or take other appropriate action.
3.3 Content Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed, you retain ownership of your User Content. You grant 01Agent a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable license to use your User Content to provide and improve our services, including but not limited to storing, displaying, distributing, modifying, and translating your User Content.
3.4 Responsibility for AI-Generated Content
You understand and agree that AI-generated content produced through 01Agent may have limitations. You must review and edit such content and bear full responsibility for any content you ultimately publish.
4Cloud Browser Authorization and Use
4.1 User Authorization and Consent
When you use Cloud Browser to authorize login to a third-party platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- ✓You clearly understand and consent to our storing login credentials for that platform on your behalf (such as cookies)
- ✓You authorize us to use those credentials to perform automated tasks at your direction
- ✓You confirm that you are the lawful owner of the third-party account or have been authorized to use it
- ✓You understand that you may revoke authorization and delete stored login data at any time
4.2 Third-Party Platforms
Cloud Browser helps you perform tasks on third-party platforms, but we have no partnership or affiliation with those platforms. You must comply with each platform's terms of service. We are not liable if your account is restricted due to violations of third-party platform rules. We recommend using automation features reasonably and avoiding high-frequency operations.
4.3 Data Management
You may view and delete stored third-party login data at any time through the "Authorized Accounts" management feature. Deletion affects new sessions; existing active sessions may retain their login state.
IV. Intellectual Property
4.1 Our Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the 01Agent platform and related services (including but not limited to software, technology, designs, trademarks, and logos) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use such content in any manner without our prior written consent.
4.2 User Feedback
Any suggestions, opinions, or other feedback you provide to us regarding 01Agent (collectively, "Feedback") is voluntarily submitted. We may freely use such Feedback to improve our services without compensation to you.
5. Acceptable Use
When using 01Agent services, you must not:
- •Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- •Infringe others' intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful rights.
- •Upload, publish, or distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, violent, or otherwise objectionable content.
- •Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers.
- •Access or attempt to access our systems or data without authorization.
- •Use our services for commercial purposes unless expressly authorized by us.
- •Misuse our services in any manner.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of any third-party websites or services. You access third-party websites or services at your own risk.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1 Services Provided As Is
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of our services.
7.2 Disclaimer for AI-Generated Content
You understand and agree that 01Agent uses artificial intelligence to generate content. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for verifying and editing generated content.
7.3 Cloud Browser Disclaimer
Cloud Browser is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding service continuity or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by uncontrollable factors such as network failures or third-party platform changes. You are responsible for any consequences of using Cloud Browser, including penalties imposed by third-party platforms.
7.4 No Liability for Indirect Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us for use of our services in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
9. Indemnification
If any third party brings a claim, lawsuit, or demand against us arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws, or from your User Content infringing others' lawful rights, you agree to indemnify us for all losses, damages, costs, and expenses incurred (including reasonable attorneys' fees).
10. Termination
We may terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason (including your violation of these Terms), at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may also stop using our services at any time. Upon termination, you will no longer be able to use your account or related services; however, certain provisions of these Terms (such as those regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive termination.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to Guangzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its then-effective arbitration rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will publish the updated Terms on our website or application and may notify you through other means. The revised Terms take effect upon publication. Your continued use of our services after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Miscellaneous
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior related agreements, commitments, and representations.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.3 No Waiver
Our failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
